This distinguished new organic Assyrtiko, from low-yield vineyards in Ancient Olympia and crafted through gentle vinification, expresses with precision the terroir and microclimate of its region. This initiative, a collaboration between Aegean Airlines and Aldemar Resorts, was warmly received by tourism professionals and representatives of the local market.

🎯 The presence of Angela Tzifa, Deputy Head of the GNTO UK & Ireland Office, highlighted the importance of institutional support in fostering synergies that strengthen Greece’s national tourism image.

🍽️ With the creative touch of Chef George Chatzopoulos, Sympossio delivered an authentic Greek experience, as Scotland -a promising tourism market- gains even greater access to Greece through the launch of three new direct weekly flights from Edinburgh to Athens.
