  • 5 kgr leg of lamp
  • 500 gr potatoes
  • 200 gr red peppers
  • 300 gr carrots
  • 300 gr onions
  • 1 pcs garlic gloves
  • 300 ml olive oil extra vergin
  • 20 gr chili flakes
  • 1 pcs cinnamon stick
  • 2 pcs lemons
  • 30 gr dry oregano
  • 100 gr thyme honey
  • 100 gr butter
  • 150 gr graviera cheese (gruyere)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 pcs rosemary fresh
  • 4 pcs parchment paper
  • 4 pcs aluminium foil


  1. Wash the vegetables and meat very well.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces as well as the vegetables.
  3. Prepare the marinade: Put into a blender and mix the olive oil, the chili flakes, the lemon juice, the oregano, salt, pepper, the rosemary and honey.
  4. In a trey for your oven, place aluminum foil as a base, then greaseproof paper to cook the lamb there.
  5. Using a mixing bowl, put the pieces of the lamb together with the vegetables and pour the marinade.
  6. Put them all in the baking tray with the greaseproof paper. Add the garlic, the butter into pieces and the cinnamon stick
  7. Pour the cubed gruyere on top. Cover with greaseproof paper and aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 1 and a half to 2 hours covered, and another 30 minutes uncovered to get a nice goldenish color. It's ready, enjoy!
