- 4-5 medium-sized zucchini
- 150-200 gr of flour
- sunflower oil for frying (the amount depends on the size of the cooking vessel)
- Wash the zucchini and use a vegetable chopper to cut into very thin slices.
- Coat in the flour and fry them in very hot sunflower oil. Drain on absorbent paper, add salt and serve.
