Fried Potatoes (Country Style)

Ingredients

  • 320 gr mini potatoes (approx. 2 per person)
  • olive oil for frying (the amount depends on the size of the cooking vessel)

Method

  1. Wash the potatoes and rinse well, without removing the skins.
  2. Cut them in quarters and fry them in very hot oil.
  3. Drain on absorbent paper, add salt and serve.
