Fried Zucchini


  • 4-5 medium-sized zucchini
  • 150-200 gr of flour
  • salt
  • sunflower oil for frying (the amount depends on the size of the cooking vessel)


  1. Wash the zucchini and use a vegetable chopper to cut into very thin slices.
  2. Coat in the flour and fry them in very hot sunflower oil. Drain on absorbent paper, add salt and serve.
