Fresh Vegetable Salad


  • 3 whole potatoes, peeled
  • 5 whole zucchini (small size)
  • 8 broccoli bouquets
  • 2 whole carrots, peeled
  • 8 cauliflower bouquets
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • salt, pepper


  1. Cut vegetables to desired size and boil in salted water, but not overboil them.
  2. Prepare the marinade with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour it over the vegetables.
  3. Serve lukewarm in a deep dish.
