- 3 whole potatoes, peeled
- 5 whole zucchini (small size)
- 8 broccoli bouquets
- 2 whole carrots, peeled
- 8 cauliflower bouquets
- 2 lemons, juice
- 80 ml olive oil
- salt, pepper
- Cut vegetables to desired size and boil in salted water, but not overboil them.
- Prepare the marinade with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour it over the vegetables.
- Serve lukewarm in a deep dish.
