Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 200 gr Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1/3 tbsp hot paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp dry thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 30 ml olive oil

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator, covered until serving.
