- 250 gr cherry tomatoes halved
- 150 gr fresh cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1 dry onion peeled and sliced into rings
- 2 green peppers sliced into strips
- 150 gr feta cheese, diced
- 15 olives from Kalamata
- 2 tsp of dry oregano
- 100 ml olive oil
- 25 ml wine vinegar
- Gently mix all ingredients and marinate with olive oil, vinegar, salt and oregano.
- Serve in a deep dish.
