Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 250 gr cherry tomatoes halved
  • 150 gr fresh cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1 dry onion peeled and sliced into rings
  • 2 green peppers sliced into strips
  • 150 gr feta cheese, diced
  • 15 olives from Kalamata
  • 2 tsp of dry oregano
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 25 ml wine vinegar

Method

  1. Gently mix all ingredients and marinate with olive oil, vinegar, salt and oregano.
  2. Serve in a deep dish.
