Pork tigania meze
Ingredients, for 4 persons
400 gr pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
1 onion, sliced
1 clove of garlic
120 ml white wine
1/2 teaspoon of flour
1 fresh tomato, diced
1 small red pepper, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1 sprig fresh oregano or thyme
Salt, pepper
